Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. by means of a clear declaration (e.g., letter sent by post, fax, or phone) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the withdrawal form provided for this purpose (note: on the website) but it is not obligatory. In order to adhere to the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you;

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen days. You will bear the costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary for examining the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

!! Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, as long as the parties have not agreed otherwise, in the case of the following contracts:

- Contracts for the supply of goods that can deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
